We started in 2015 as a small business in Horb am Neckar, but we have big dreams. Ballpoint pen sketches of our bear on paper and our passion for cleaning formed the foundation of our company.

At the heart of the company is Domenico Trombetta, the founder and managing director of SauBär Gebäudedienste. At 34, he brings with him not only the theoretical expertise acquired during his apprenticeship as a building cleaner and further training as a master building cleaner, but also 14 years of experience "on the front lines." Starting as a career changer in 2010 at a large cleaning company, his quick grasp of the situation quickly led him to the position of foreman. With two years of professional experience, he assumed the role of property manager, responsible for 100 employees spread across 83 properties in the Rottweil, Gosheim, Balingen, and Karlsruhe areas.

Since customer satisfaction, fair treatment of employees, and humane behavior are paramount, the transition from a large corporation to self-employment was a must. With the knowledge of the advantages of a large corporation, he now successfully manages his company.


Domenico Murcia Trombetta handles all aspects of your offer with confidence. Together with his wife, Nadine Murcia Trombetta, who also serves as management assistant in addition to caring for their two children, we support you from the very beginning. Customer-focused communication, along with professional cleaning, is our hallmark.

Our SauBär bear – too playful and colorful for some – stands out from the gray, uniform mass of the cleaning industry, just like our customer management.
